It has been such an honour and pleasure to be a part of your healing and growth process, thank you for allowing me to walk alongside you on this part of your journey. I believe it is by fate, and a miracle, that we have stepped into each other's lives. 小兒O仔，上年年尾因為情緒問題經中心轉介下參加了音樂治療從認識音樂治療師陳姑娘。由於之前有聽過音樂治療可以改善和舒緩小朋友的情緒問題，而且小兒也很喜歡音樂，所以決定嘗試。初次見面，因為陳姑娘的親切笑容，好快小兒就已經融入咗在課堂之中，過程之中小兒都好合作和好享受課堂，落堂的時候還看到小兒有些依依不捨。餘下的課堂裏陳姑娘都好好，每一次都有影回短片給家長，除了能夠多些了解課堂裏面嘅互動外，亦都令家長容易掌握返到屋企怎樣可以藉著音樂和小朋友互動，從而增加親子關係。看到影片見到小兒情緒一次比一次的進步，同時藉著音樂治療的課程上，慢慢地重拾自信、自尊和互信慢慢重新建立起來。所以真的很感激陳姑娘，在這段課堂裏用愛心和耐心的陪伴和分享音樂。雖然課程已經完結了一段時間，但小朋友仍然很懷念和陳姑娘一起分享音樂，一起享受音樂的片段，比從前更加喜歡音樂。再次衷心感激陳姑娘，在他的生命中曾經有你嘅出現，謝謝。

Vivian used her professional knowledge in helping the students to release their emotions during the sessions. She also tried different approaches to raise the students’ interests in joining the music activities. Vivian always discussed with other professions to provide the suitable treatment methods for the SEN students.

過往曾邀請音樂治療師Vivian合作於小學舉辦「情緒達人」音樂治療小組，透過音樂、樂器的運用及遊戲，讓兒童釋放及表達情緒。Vivian於每節小組完結後都會與社工檢視兒童的進度、行為和表現，再調節下一節的內容或設計。透過音樂治療，令兒童於每一節均有不同的變化，讓他們舒緩不快、學習與人溝通及更懂得表達自己的需要及釋放情緒。音樂能帶動兒童抒發情感，有助他們學習表達自己的感受，Vivian更是一位專業及用心的音樂治療師。

When I was asked to pen for the therapy experience I received through taking part in the Creative Arts Therapy Group conducted by Vivian back in 2018, it brought me back to my rollercoaster emotion at that time. I got back to my feet after I spent eight sessions of Creative Arts Therapy. It is a long process of healing but Vivian followed me through. To quote one of the many, Vivian organized a singing performance with our group which definitely not only helping me but some other fellows in our group to set off our fear and depression before restoring us back to our normal life. I am grateful for Vivian's professional help. Her unique discerning of our problems gradually brought us out of our gloomy selves. I highly recommend her for her therapy through her varied, innovative, creative arts form such as music, singing, drawing, dance, mindfulness, etc.
